The academy operates a healthy eating policy.
All children in Foundation Stage and Key stage 1 (Reception to Year 2) receive a free school meal and these are cooked on site and are nutritionally balanced and always offer a choice.
Children in Key Stage 2 (Year 3 to Year 6) who chose to have a school meal will be charged £2.25 per meal, payable using My Child at School (MCAS app). If you think your child is eligible for Free School Meals, then please see the section below with a link for how to apply.
Children can bring in their own packed lunch if they want to. Please make sure this is completely contained in one box/bag, and that there are no products containing nuts included. We promote and encourage a healthy lunch, but please be aware that children will be bringing any rubbish home with them. Please provide your own cutlery should the packed lunch require it.
Do remember that all children form Reception to Year 2 receive a free school meal so we would encourage you to make use of this benefit.

Free academy meals are available to those families in receipt of Child Tax Credit, Job Seekers’ Allowance or Income Support. Please bring proof of your entitlement to the Academy office, where the relevant paperwork can be completed. Please click here to apply
