Welcome to Oasis Academy New Oak. We are a friendly, inclusive and busy primary academy. We have two specialist resource bases, one for children with Autism and one for Deaf learners. We are a nurturing, caring school that puts children at the heart of everything we do. We are a happy school where children enjoy their learning and we have a dedicated and skilled team supporting and guiding the children as they learn and develop their individual characters and talents.
Our motto is to 'Work Hard, Look Smart, Be Nice' and our aim is to ensure that the children grow into confident and curious learners with the skills they need to welcome opportunities and challenges on their learning journey. Our standards are high because we believe that everyone is capable of remarkable success and we aim to create an environment where all children thrive, broaden their horizons, take full advantage of the opportunities given to them and ultimately achieve their full potential. Our academy ethos is built on the Oasis ‘9 Habits’: being joyful, honest, considerate, patient, hopeful, humble, forgiving, compassionate and self-controlled.
Please look at the website that has been designed to share what we do at Oasis Academy New Oak. You will see examples of the curriculum we teach and the opportunities that the children have while they are with us. The website also provides information for you and regular updates.
We understand that as parents and carers, nothing is more important to you than your children’s happiness. We will work in partnership with you to ensure that your children feel happy, safe and confident in school.
Please feel free to contact the Academy with any queries you may have. We look forward to working with you.
