Vision Statement
Our vision is to cultivate a welcoming and inclusive school community. At the heart of our academy is our commitment to building positive relationships with children, staff, and parents; we know this is fundamental to children’s wellbeing and success.
We deliver rich learning experiences that empower children to make a difference, while helping them to make sense of the world, care about the environment and maximise their potential.
Together, we will create a culture of mutual respect, embrace children’s curiosity, and foster a mindset that ensures children not only achieve but flourish throughout primary school.
We pride ourselves on being an academy where every child is known. We value each child as an individual and make sure everyone has a happy and successful school experience.
Our values for the school are based in the Oasis family Ethos and Habits. We have:
- A passion to include everyone
- A desire to treat everyone equally, respecting differences
- A commitment to healthy and open relationships
- A deep sense of hope that things can change and be transformed
- A sense of perseverance to keep going for the long haul
